I love my job.
I know that is not something a lot of people say, and I count my blessings each and every time I say that. Here at Zappos, we get to have a lot of amazing experiences, including llamas and mini horses coming to visit, margarita machines in the café, karaoke in the lunchroom, and events where designers and brands come to educate our Customer Loyalty Team about their products.
When you call in and speak to one of the amazing "Agents of WOW" on the phone, you are speaking to someone who not only is friendly and cheerful, but has also had pretty extensive training on common foot issues, troubleshooting for fit, and specifics of certain brands and materials!
In November, our incredible Plus buyer, Anna, and her team put on the very first Zappos Plus Fashion Event here on campus. Highlights of the day included meeting representatives from BB Dakota, Kiyonna, Rachel Pally, NYDJ, and a new brand joining the Zappos family in the spring, Mynt 1792, as well as a fashion show where we featured many of the amazing plus brands we carry. The runway featured a gorgeous gathering of our employees modeling some of the hottest styles in plus size fashion.
